Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as these Terms) set forth the conditions for using the services (hereinafter referred to as the Service) provided by Ksync Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company). Users are required to agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- The Company may establish separate terms or guidelines in addition to these Terms, which shall also be considered part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- The Service refers to the services and related services provided by the Company that offer users opportunities to undertake consulting assignments via the Website.
- The Website refers to the website operated by the Company under the name FreeXance, as well as other related websites, email newsletters, and information distributed from the Website.
Article 3 (User Registration)
- Those wishing to use the Service may be required to register through a method specified by the Company.
- All information entered during registration must be true and accurate.
- Users must promptly update their registration to reflect any changes in their information to ensure it remains accurate and current.
- The Company reserves the right to deny registration and is not obligated to disclose the reason for refusal.
Article 4 (Management of User ID and Password)
- Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password for the Service.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for damages resulting from inadequate management, misuse, or third-party use of User IDs and passwords.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
While using the Service, users must not engage in the following actions:

- Actions that obstruct the operation of the Company’s services
- Sending viruses or unauthorized access that disrupts the Company’s systems and Service provision
- Actions that interfere with the Company’s operations or damage its reputation, trust, or honor
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision)
- The Company may, without prior notice to users, suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service under the following circumstances:
- When conducting system maintenance or updates
- When service provision becomes difficult due to unforeseen events like natural disasters
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any disadvantages or damages incurred by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 7 (Restrictions and Termination of Registration)
- The Company may restrict usage or delete user registration without prior notice if:

- It is found that false information was provided during registration
- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from actions taken under this Article.

- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users related to the use of the Service.

- The Company assumes no responsibility for any damages resulting from changes, additions, or discontinuations of the Service.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms.
- Any disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
